Shine Staffing & Events is a woman-owned event staffing and coordination company
serving Dallas–Fort Worth. We provide servers, bartenders, chefs, and event leads for
everything from intimate private dinners to large-scale corporate activations.
Our mission is simple: understand what both our clients and our staff need, and
deliver outstanding service through reliable people and efficient processes. Every
event we staff is backed by insured coverage, TABC-certified bartending staff, and a
team that shows up polished and ready to work.

Hi, I’m Casie! I founded Shine Staffing & Events after 15+ years working in hospitality and special events—as a bartender, catering director, artist, and event manager.
I know firsthand how much hard work and heart it takes to run an event. My goal is to make yours feel effortless.
I created Shine to uplift both clients and staff—to offer reliability, professionalism, and joy on every shift. I believe the best service is attentive but invisible, and the best events make you feel like a guest at your own party.
